Last Saturday at ten, Mum was taking me over to Adam's place for the day.         

When I got there we went out to the shed where they keep their motorbikes. I went and did some jumps on the 50 while I waited for Adam to get the key for the 110.

We drove into the track paddock and  

did some laps and and Adam showed me the goldfish. We went back for lunch we  had baked beans and a saveloy. Then we put jack down the hole in the side of the tramp that we call the elevator. Then we took the motorbikes out and played hide and seek. I went and hid on the hill and he drove past me. Then Adam and I went down and made a track down by the workshop. After that we went down to the old woolshed and played Shear and Runaway Lamb and then Adam decided to chase a ram-lamb under the shed and I had to go in and get it out. When we went back to the workshop Katie took the 110 and

Adam had to chase after her on the 50. When we got the motorbikes back Adam showed me his room at his new house. Then we put the motorbikes back into the shed and Mr Kelly took me home.

How to Plant a Garden

You need;

A trowel.  

A pot.   

Potting mix.

Seeds.

1. Get your pot and fill it to the top with potting mix and put your seed into the soil 2 cm deep.

2.  Water your plant once if it is a wet day and two times if it is a hot day. Keep doing this for two or three weeks until the plant has sprouted.

3. Dig a hole in the garden with the trowel.

4. Get the plant and gently take it out of the pot.

5 Put the plant in the hole that you have dug and cover over the roots with soil.

6. If you want to, you can fertilize the soil before you put the plant in.

    Old tractor saves the day

Putt putt goes the old tractor rattling down to the old shed with a load full of nicely stacked bales on the old trailer. As he comes close to the shed he notices something different. There is a big bold bright tractor and a lot of huge implements.  The worker can not believe his eyes. He will have to drive a huge tractor. So he goes to the boss to see if he can buy the little tractors and the implements. He goes to grab his truck to load them on and take them home. One day the boss was mowing one of his steep paddocks and he started to go up steep gully and the tractor started to stall. The tractor was at the bottom of the gully with a bent axle, so the boss called the worker to bring the little tractors to get the mowing done before it rains. The boss went to go plowing and the worker carried on mowing, raking, baling and bringing the bails back to the shed. So the lesson of this is that big tractors can’t do everything.
